Halloween time

I guess we had a busy fun-packed October! We try to go to Schnepf's farm every October and even though it is so dusty the kids have so much fun.

They started the visit with making their own painted pumpkins.

Then while mommy ate kettle corn dad took all the kids on the merry-go-round. Amber and half of Calvin are in the back ground.

Those are dust particles in the air! The kids loved racing around a track on cool trikes.

Geoff and Bruce took the boys on fun rides while the mom and bigger kids went on the roller coaster!

Calvin and Logan loved the airplane.

While mom rode the swings in the background Geoff let them have so much fun on this little dirt hill. They were slidding on their front and back down the hill. They got so dirty and loved it.

We ended the night going on a spooky train ride. On the ride creatures come out of the forest and scare you. This picture is of a happy Amber and Lexi before we started.

And here they are during the ride. You can make out some scary people in the background. I asked them after if they were scared and they said "no way". I asked why they were hugging then and Amber said she was cold... yeah right!

And here are the big kids getting ready to go to a church Halloween party. The girls wanted to be matching angels and Calvin wanted to be a transformer of course.

Another big October event was the girls getting their ears pierced. They were so excited and didn't make a peep when they were done.

I added these pictures because this is a typical day after school. Amber comes in the door and grabs her blankie and takes a little nap with it.

Lexi however comes home and has friends come over to jump on the trampoline!
