What fun... 9 kids, 5 adults, and 1 cabin! It was another great Memorial weekend with the Bradys, Vernons and Chrissy at the Pinetop Cabin

. For lunch we had the kids dine on the terrace of "The Pinetop Cafe". They ordered their meal from a menu and the adults catered to them.
They enjoyed it a little to much and wanted to be waited on the next day also.

We brought up the telescope up and Geoff got to see the sky without all the city smog. Dallin enjoyed it also.

We all went on a walk at Woodland lake while Geoff did some fishing with Dallin and Lexi. Here are Logan and Calvin being monkeys on the rail.

We stopped for a look at a lizard on a log. If you click on the picture you can even see it. Even though they see city lizards all the time its rare to see a country one ;)

Geoff is showing Lexi how to cast out the fishing line. Even though they had a lot of great casts they still didn't catch any fish. But they were still happy to be outside trying.

This cute picture of Amber by the lake was taken after a very hard walk with her. Amber is not into walking long distances and claims she is tired after only a few yards. She would always rather be carried in a stroller with makeup, books and snacks. She often gets fustrated that we don't understand her!
Calvin was also sooo excited to get a little fishing time with his dad.

Dallin is a fishing natural!

Here are the cute girly girls!

And of course Cooper and Lily enjoyed exploring around the lake.

Monday was Lexi's 8th birthday! Cherryl was so nice and stayed up to make the signs for when Lexi woke up. She also had pancakes with candles in them forLexi's birthday breakfast. Sadly mom missed it because she was sleeping in! But Lexi got a sleepy "Happy Birthday" when mom finally woke up.

We all love the hammock at the cabin. Who doesn't enjoy laying out in the woods with a nice cool breeze? Cooper loved it so much that he fell asleep swinging with daddy. They look so cute!

The kids love swinging with Geoff pushing them. Here they are starting off.

Then they got a little higher...

and higher...

Until Amber went a little crazy and Cooper wasn't smiling anymore!

We will end with Cooper playing a little peek a boo behind the curtains!
